Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices in accordance with Group accounting policies and internal controls
  • Ensure accurate cost allocation by entity, cost center, and GL account
  • Prepare and execute payment runs in line with agreed schedules
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and manage outstanding balances and discrepancies
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
  • Maintain and update Accounts Payable master data in accordance with governance standards
  • Collaborate with procurement, controlling, and finance teams across international entities
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements, internal controls, and SLAs

Experience

  • Experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within a Shared Services or Competence Center environment
  • Solid understanding of accruals and expense recognition principles
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP R/3 and/or S/4HANA is a plus)
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
  • Knowledge of VAT and invoicing compliance requirements
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, particularly during month-end close
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); German and/or French is a plus
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
