Responsibilities
- Leading Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering including documentation, analysis of business processes as well as conducting aligment workshops
- Designing and implementing new or improved processes, using best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across operations.
- Developing process documentation, including workflows and procedural guides, to support process adoption and compliance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaising between business units and IT, translating business requirements into functional specifications to guide the development team.
- Actively participating in the design and planning phases of projects, contributing to strategy discussions and project scoping.
- Support project implementation by coordinating tasks between teams and ensure timely execution of them
- Monitoring resource allocation, timelines, and project milestones to keep initiatives on track, anticipating and addressing challenges proactively.
Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project management or a similar analytical role, ideally within a fast-paced environment (Big4 experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships in an international business environment.
- High-level problem-solving abilities and adept at meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple projects.
- Proficient at reporting on project status, progress, and outcomes to various stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in German and/or French is advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel (including VBA), and PowerPoint; Experience with additional Microsoft tools such as PowerBI or Power Automate is considered as an advantage.
