Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate accounting records for funds, SPVs, and other legal entities, including reconciliations.
  • Prepare supporting schedules and reconcile them with trial balances.
  • Oversee work from external accounting providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Record accounting adjustments for fund, group, and statutory reporting.
  • Support annual financial statement preparation and audit processes.
  • Manage invoice booking, payment follow‑up, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to consolidation, NAV calculations, regulatory reporting, and system/process improvements.

Experience

  • Academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Around 4 years of experience in real estate accounting, fund accounting, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP and exposure to real estate or alternative investment funds.
  • Experience with Yardi or similar fund accounting systems.
  • Strong Excel skills and solid command of Microsoft Office.
  • Good professional English communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work proactively in an international environment.
