The Product Marketing team is part of the Sales & Marketing department, and we strive to empower sales in Switzerland and internationally. To support our team in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated young professional who enjoys teamwork and is eager to help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent and professional product marketing materials' production across focus countries and languages.
  • Coordination and maintenance of marketing materials' content, versioning, and internationalization.
  • Manage international legal and compliance approval workflows for both traditional marketing materials and digital items.
  • Manage translations and design processes to ensure professional language and alignment with corporate design/identity (CD/CI) guidelines.
  • Support the planning, orchestration, and management of international product marketing campaigns from ideation through monitoring, working closely with key stakeholders.
  • Enable sales and support fundraising activities across all asset classes, client segments, and markets.
  • Collaborate closely with international Marketing units, Sales, Product Specialists, Product Management, and Legal & Compliance.

Experience

  • University degree in Marketing, Finance or similar education.
  • Proficient English speaker with proficiency in an additional major European language.
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools is required; experience with Adobe Suite would be a plus.
  • Affinity for working with marketing tools (e.g., Seismic, Salesforce).
  • Solid understanding of financial language.
  • Motivated, structured, reliable, and quality-oriented approach to work.
