Our mandatory internship in Project- and Process-Management will start in September 2024 and last 6 months.

Swiss Life Asset Managers Luxembourg is a prestigious and leading provider of funds and alternative investments in Luxembourg. Our team of around 90 professionals collaborates across different business fields, managing UCITS and AIFs. As an authorized AIFM, we specialize in alternative investment strategies, including real estate, infrastructure, and debt funds.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the implementation and monitoring of ongoing strategic and IT related projects
  • Support and advice business functions in the design, implementation and review of business processes
  • Support in the risk analysis of strategic and IT related projects
  • Support in the onboarding / implementation of new IT tools

Experience

  • Knowledge in the financial sector (Banking sector or Fund Industry)
  • Knowledge in project and/ or process management (knowledge in process modelling standards is a bonus)
  • Basic knowledge in IT (e.g. MS Office)
  • Strong team player, dynamic and resilient with high quality standard
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English (German or French are a plus).
  • Numerical and analytical skills and ability to challenge new ideas
