Its infrastructure equity investment team is managing over CHF 10bn on behalf of Swiss Life and external clients. Infrastructure Equity is one of the fastest growing asset classes in Asset Management with a strong ESG related aspect. Our product specialist team is the centre of competence for all investor related requests. We develop and manage fundraising campaigns for our products and investment solutions, organise events, develop and publish relevant content, and address various inquiries from investors. We are integrated into the Infrastructure Equity team and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams as well as with investors directly.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Product Specialist/Investor Services Officer (f/m/d). You will be part of an international, solution-oriented, and dynamic team, based in Zurich. Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the preparation and regular updating of marketing presentations and other investor and marketing material.
  • You will have joint responsibility for responding to requests from Sales and other business departments on our products and capabilities.
  • You will work on investor communication in various forms, including the coordination of investor due diligence activities, quarterly investor calls, market communication, ad hoc investor presentations and updates, and investor driven events.
  • You will actively participate in RfPs for our infrastructure and clean energy funds and/or mandates and provide content to the RfP team.
  • You will take on additional product-related tasks and work on special projects, such as sustainability, in close collaboration with our internal subject matter experts.
  • You keep abreast of relevant market trends and the positioning of the portfolios.
  • You will become an expert on our underlying investment companies over time.

Experience

  • A university degree in a finance related field or relevant work experience in the finance industry
  • 2-5 years of work experience in a client facing role
  • A strong service and solutions-oriented mentality and a can-do attitude
  • A eye for numbers and good writing skills
  • Strong people skills and a flair for communication
  • German and English are a must, French a plus
