We are looking to strengthen Sales Support and Investor Reporting by hiring a new team member for our dynamic and multinational Investor Relationship Team with an initial focus on our Reporting Tasks. As the main point of contact for sales, investors and distribution across Europe. Serving as the primary point of contact for sales, investors, and distribution across Europe, the team handles daily inquiries and works closely with both internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Leading the input and the review of the customized Quarterly Investor Reports within SLAM Lux and the appointed investment advisors and external service providers
- Coordinating and reviewing regulatory reporting requests (Solvency II, VAG, CRR, GroMiKv)
- Continuously improving and enhancing reporting capabilities
- Managing the onboarding of new investors, including coordination with various service providers and stakeholders, as well as overseeing account opening processes (e.g., KYC-AML requirements)S
- Serving as the primary point of contact for sales and distribution throughout Europe as well as handling day-to-day investor related requests
- Coordinating RFP and DDQ requests and supporting sales pitches
- Directing marketing materials reviews and acting as gatekeeper for Luxembourg related processes (coordination with Legal, Risk and Compliance)
Experience
- At least 1-3 years' experience in operations and client services within the Asset Management industry.
- Good knowledge and experience in the use of MS Office applications, in particular PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience in Reporting is a plus
- Experience within Transfer Agency and custody services is a bonus
- You are very service oriented and are eager to understand the clients requirements, hence bringing strong interpersonal skills to our team
- You show proactivity and flexibility when interacting with others
- Fluency in English and German
