For the Risk Management Real Assets team, we are looking for a highly motivated full-time Senior Risk Manager Infrastructure (f/m/d).

Working closely with investment teams, senior management and international stakeholders, you will contribute to informed decision-making across the full infrastructure investment lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Provide functional leadership and professional guidance to a small team of risk professionals across different countries and entities
  • Conduct independent pre-transaction risk assessments and prepare risk recommendations for infrastructure investment decisions in close collaboration with the investment teams
  • Post-transaction risk monitoring at investment and fund level with periodic reporting to the respective Risk Committees
  • Periodic review of asset valuations, forecast assumptions and performance with participation in Valuation Committees
  • Support the development of forward-looking risk indicators, scenario analysis and stress testing capabilities
  • Represent Risk Management in projects and working groups related to infrastructure and private market investments
  • Ad-hoc risk analysis for senior management and support of investment teams through independent risk assessments

Experience

  • Master's degree in business administration, finance or engineering, subject-specific further education (CFA, FRM, ERP, CAIA) desired
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience within Infrastructure, Investment Management, Private Equity, Private Debt or Risk Management
  • Experience leading teams, projects or specialist groups, ideally within a matrix or functional leadership environment
  • Experience interacting with and constructively challenging senior investment professionals and executive stakeholders
  • Experience with portfolio analytics, scenario analysis and quantitative risk assessment is an advantage
  • Exact, structured as well as result-oriented way of working
  • Communicative and cooperative personality with pleasure in working with various colleagues in different countries
  • Very good English and good German skills. French is an advantage.
