We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team and lead recruitment efforts across Switzerland, Luxembourg, and the Nordics. You will be part of our Talent Acquisition & Employer Positioning team and work in close collaboration with local HR as well as our Pan-European HR colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition and Talent Sourcing: Take charge of recruitment for all our profiles in the above-mentioned countries and regions, with a particular focus on Switzerland and Luxembourg, utilizing active sourcing methods to find the best candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Continuously optimize the candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and positive journey for all applicants.
  • Technology and Reporting: Manage technical aspects of the recruitment process and reporting.
  • Pan-European Roundtable: Lead pan-European recruitment roundtable discussions with recruiters to share best practices and strategies.
  • Event Facilitation: Organize and facilitate virtual and onsite recruitment events in Switzerland.
  • Employer Positioning and DEI: Support Employer Branding and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) activities to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Internal Activities: Assist with internal HR activities and initiatives to enhance overall team performance and engagement.

Experience

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in TA area, e.g., research/recruitment in a search agency, internal recruiter preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Active Sourcing: Demonstrated in-depth experience in active sourcing techniques and strategies.
  • Can-Do Mentality: A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with recruitment technologies and platforms. Experience with Workday and Prospective would be an advantage.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure recruitment goals are met.
  • Languages: Fluency in both German and English is a must; additional language skills are a plus
