We are currently building up our Trade Execution Team in Switzerland and seeking a dedicated professional to join us. This role is pivotal in strengthening our trade execution capabilities and ensuring the highest level of proficiency in handling trade execution across Equity and Multi-Asset products.
Responsibilities
- Developing and enhancing our Trade Execution Desk, focusing on Equities and Multi-Asset strategies in close team collaboration
- Taking on primary responsibility for trade execution of Equities, Exchange traded Funds and Mutual Funds ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Acting as the Subject Matter Expert on Local Emerging Market Equities, providing insights and guidance
- Providing support for trade execution in Foreign Exchange and Exchange-Traded Derivatives (such as Futures), contributing to seamless operations.
- Engaging in strategic projects focusing on integrating electronic trading platforms and driving process efficiencies through automation within the Portfolio Management & Trade Execution team.
- Managing Transaction Cost Analytics to ensure cost-efficiency and transparency in trading operations.
Experience
- Experienced professional with a strong background in securities trading, particularly in Equity and Multi-Asset products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Science, with a focus on Banking and Finance.
- At least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience ideally within the banking sector.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen analytical mind, dependable and meticulous in execution.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a natural flair for service
- Proficiency in both German and English is required; knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Expertise in MS Office and Bloomberg; familiarity with SimCorp Dimension is a plus. Additional knowledge of trading platforms will also be considered beneficial.
