In this role, you will gain comprehensive insight into the world of asset management, with a particular focus on Multi Asset and Equity strategies. You will work closely with Product Specialists, Portfolio Management teams, and other business functions.

We are therefore looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) who will contribute to the development and implementation of modern AI technologies, intelligent agents, and automation solutions.
The position is approximately 60% and offers a flexible working arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance AI-driven workflows and automation solutions for the Multi Asset & Equity business.
- Support the development of AI agents and digital assistants for knowledge retrieval and workflow automation.
- Structure, prepare, and integrate data sources for use in AI-powered applications.
- Create and optimize prompt libraries, AI workflows, and reusable use cases.
- Translate business requirements from Product Management, Sales, and Marketing into practical technical solutions.
- Support proof-of-concept initiatives, pilot projects, and the rollout of new AI technologies.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing business processes and continuously improve applications based on user feedback.
- Document developed solutions and ensure their long-term usability and sustainability.
Experience
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- At least one year of Bachelor's or Master's studies remaining at the planned start date.
- Demonstrated interest in Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and emerging technologies, ideally supported by practical experience.
- Solid knowledge of Python, R, data analytics, APIs, and modern AI and software development environments.
- Initial hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Visual Studio Code (VS Code), GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, or similar technologies is an advantage.
- Experience with Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace (formerly Refinitiv Eikon), or comparable financial market data platforms is a plus.
- Strong interest in capital markets and asset management.
- Basic understanding of investment concepts such as benchmarking, active management, equity funds, and multi-asset strategies, or a strong willingness to quickly acquire this knowledge.
- Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a strong commitment to quality.
- Good English language skills, German is a plus.
