Swiss Life Asset Managers has built an integrated IT platform for pan-European real estate fund management, enhancing efficiency and connectivity. Our system links data from more than 100 service providers, streamlining processes and supporting digital transformation.
As a working student in the Digital Real Estate team, you will be supporting both programme management and the workstream leads in digitalising core real estate processes for 6 – 9 months. You will help shape implementation plans, define business processes, and support change management. Tasks include data analysis, preparation of status reporting, risk identification, consolidation of business feedback and supporting cross-team alignment. Sustainability & ESG will be a particular focus area of your support.
Responsibilities
- Assist the conception, implementation and continuous improvement of core real estate applications and target business processes digitalisation in close collaboration with subject matter experts and global process owners
- Conduct data analysis and draw insights from them to drive informed decision making
- Support the development and refinement of implementation roadmaps for all core applications, including the evaluation of business feedback and change requests as well as monitoring implementation progress
- Coordinate with local stakeholders to harmonise requirements across all European real estate entities in collaboration with respective workstream leads
- Facilitate training and change management initiatives to enable and engage business users
- Provide proactive support for the workstream leads and programme management, incl. the preparation and documentation of management meetings, status updates, risk assessments and cross-team alignment
Experience
- You are currently enrolled at a reputable university, pursuing studies in business administration, real estate, natural sciences, engineering, or data science, with a strong passion for applying your skills in a business context
- You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate your results effectively
- You are interested in real estate and curious about technology trends and innovation
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools and interested in developing your project management skills; technical knowledge in data processing/data engineering is an advantage
- You have gathered first experience in applying your communication and presentation skills in a professional setting and feel comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams
- You are proactive, structured, and a team player with high quality standards
- You are fluent in German and English; French would be an advantage
